Finnish food is unique. There are restaurants in every corner, and usually they have menu in English also.
If you are in Lapland, you should definitely try poronkäristys, sauteed reindeer. Reindeer is usually served with mashed potatoes. Smoked salmon is also very popular. 
There is also brown bread called ruisleipä, and Finns eat this bread daily.
Finnish chocolate Fazerin sininen (Fazer’s
blue) is well known, and extremely tasty. There is a lot of versions to choose, like Fazer with nuts, or Fazer with chili. All the same, it still tastes unbelievable good.
In Finnish restaurant, you don’t have to leave a tip, because its already included to the bill.
